In creating a mission statement for our company we have to reflect on who we are and what we want to do. Of course we want to have a sucessful business but just as important is our desire to make a positive difference in the world. The idea of 'aid through trade'- following fair trade practices - has been our guiding principle.

The world is full of beautiful products. Not the mass produced kind that you find in the big box stores, but unique items, often made by hand, by local people from across the globe.
